As there is no stock and my alumni in the area is getting total compensation 1.5 times of mine.. If you do not want to give us stock, then you should give cash bonus. It is not competitive for SSI to cut bonus on top of fact they do not give stocks.

I feel with inflation, salaries at SSI have not kept up. I also understand with the state of the company, raises and bonuses need to slow to avoid layoffs, which I appreciate. I have faith that once we regain financial health, this issue will be considered and resolved.

I feel compensation should be strictly based on performance rather than other factors like budget restrictions. This might sound unrealistic but to do so otherwise leaves allot of "gray" area to consider.

It would be nice to give a feedback when the leaders rate the final GPMS. The long term incentive bonus should be equally provided based on the performance not about the politics. Also, my personal MBO% (15%) should be increased to at least 20% as other colleagues with my same level..
