Review from Engineering Dept

Though I am a local employee now, but I want to praise dispatch's too many efforts with a sense of responsibility, which is the best things in my team

Review from Product Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

haven't seen any company so indifferent and not having enough resource to try Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or LLM.

Review from Engineering Dept

Coworkers need to follow through on their commitments that they make to my customers

Review from Sales Dept

some coworkers seem to be more interested in a competition rather than a cooperation

Review from Engineering Dept

certain team just hiring who ever they interviewed. new hire quality is getting worse and worse

Better technical skills, better communication skills

Review from IT Dept

Improve clarity of roles and responsibilities and improve on taking ownership

Review from Sales Dept

we don't need to work together better. most of our work is individual contributions, just being next to each other doesn't do anything additionally beneficial for many of us. In fact, it can be a distraction. What *would* help is cross-discipline teams focused on revenue generation

Review from Legal Dept

1. Better communication skills. Managers, especially, should have great communication skills. I struggle with having effective conversations with my manager due to a huge gap in communication. 2. Open-mindedness: The team members should be more open to input during technical discussions

Review from Engineering Dept

some coworkers are fine. some are not. The latter have no sense of ownership, not taking responsibilities. Constantly argue, the time could be use to do actual work.

Review from Engineering Dept

Meet in person every now and then to get to know them better

Review from Sales Dept

Better technical skills and domain knowledge

Review from Engineering Dept

Most of them are not technically capable to do their job, and on top of that, they are not even motivated to do it.

Review from Engineering Dept

Everybody works on their own without any common goals. The technical quality of the team is very poor. Both are the result of poor management leadership and consistent bad decisions.

Review from Engineering Dept

The coworkers are not very social and do not care about their colleagues as a person. It makes the work experience a bit monotonous. It is a mixed bag as some coworkers are great and some aren't.
