too much bullshit and brainwashing; not really addressing the issues;

Still extremely hierarchical , only listen to mgmt above. Limited RSU incentives... No incentives for great ideas, awarding "yes" staff. Comms are rare and mostly about DSK Culture, NOT DSA/USA Culture (Majority of DSA staff). Still a Dispatcher vs. NonDis Culture, not being addressed by leadership.

Be nice to employees. Appreciate employee's hard work. Cancel this non-sense MBO because we all know the new MBO is just a way for management to control their budget for giving us bonus. You can use sales rev to pay bonus but don't make ppl do a lot of useless works for discounted bonus all the time

Communicating with the employees. I only interact with my Manager. The manager's manager has rarely spoken to me. Initially, we used to have these team lunches which was a good platform to meet and talk to everyone which led to good bonding within the team. Now it's just all work, no play

not watering down messages. If you look at the most recent leadership team message about reduced bonuses, you can tell someone else wrote it, there are no references to numbers (specific is something we preach in SMART goals but CEO doesn't write it)
