Low pay, dead end with no opportunity for advancement. Every second of your day is timed and micromanaged. Unrealistic "goals." Time off cannot be requested during peak months. Very strict attendance policy. Currently very understaffed, months of overtime for full time employees. Many are quitting.

Low pay, seasonals kept under 40 hours so benefits don't have to be given, strict attendance/time off policy, expected to handle contacts in under 5 minutes with no time between contacts. Low employee retention rate could be improved by offering better pay and work/life balance.

Employees of 10 years make < $1 more than new hires Strict attendance policy As of 2021, insurance policy still has blanket ban on all transgender related healthcare, while company promotes itself to customers as being LGBT inclusive. Two 15 min. breaks and one 30 min. lunch for 10.5 hr shifts
