The supervisors are very thorough and understanding.
Mission driven
I love the ways that Scholastic strives to always improve. Every efficiency and win for programs and teams across the employees is also a win for the customer and even more so for the children who benefit from us doing better.
Structure for promotions, recognition and reflection for work done, leadership roles having the ability to reward their staff.
Shut down / stop elevating a Miranda Priestly wannabes standard. Discipline the employees literally sleeping at their desks.
Treat your employees like you believe they can do the job you hired them for. Stop micro-managing. Provide us with the tools to do our jobs. When you ask us what customers are saying, don't say that's not true or educators don't think like that. How do you know? You're not talking to them.
