I have over 20 yrs experience in the field of Caregiving/Dementia residents. I was hired on .50 above minimum wage when asked for more said Corporate wouldnt allow it. New staff make $1 more than me with no experience!

The compensation is the lowest in the county for the position. Maybe incentive programs similar to the ones for the nursing department
