The level of communication from the SMT used to be great and you felt very connected to what was going on and where things sat in terms of priority. The consistency of communication isn't where it once was and that has a demotivational effect on the teams.

Clearer organisational and operational structure which allows people to take full ownership of their roles. At times it feels like there is a bit of a club culture where individuals seem to select a team, often made up of people they like who should instead be doing different roles.
