Very remote. I love the freedom of being able to work remotely and I think we asa company are very good at it. It will be great to see people in person for a chat at some point.

I learnt a lot, never regretted. But no experienced leadership exists. While the company develops commercially, drained employees get thanks and fun perks (t-shirts, portals, insurances, fun days). Provide a professional job package (training, feedback, progression) first, then make it a cool place.
