The best parts are flexible working, private health insurance and shares. However, I still haven't received my shares and I have been with the company for several months. It would be nice to have more information and transparency about when the benefits will actually be given to employees.

Not competitive remuneration package compared to competing companies
New members of the team have entered with far less experience but higher salaries. Promotions came along which are brilliant, but they took far too long to be implemented.
I have changed role since starting at Sensyne to one that matches my skillset and abilities more accurately, but my compensation has not changed to reflect the change in responsibility and the value my skillset can produce.

Since I joined the company (14 months) I have not been reviewed. At the same time I have been given more and more responsibilities and the projects worked on are always high paced with tight deadlines. I would feel better knowing if there is a review policy in place and when will it take place.
