Having unlimited PTO is nice. I have been able to utilize that for when I have a doctors appointment, or a day or two off from time to time. I don't have to worry about getting dinged for using it and since its salary, I still get paid for that day off.

Overall, I believe ShipBob’s total compensation strategy is above market. Our healthcare and PTO benefits are world-class. Even with the recent restructuring, our equity plan and 401K offerings are below standard. Cash compensation is hit or miss. Though, we’re proactive about re-band

pay rate is not update with similar position around the area and benefits lack of more PTO or vacations time increasing over time, the pay rate as a top off that fells short for the now days market, there is not profit share

Salary is much lower than the market and bonuses are based on KPIs that have not been adjusted for several quarters. Bonuses don't scale properly and what worked when the company was smaller doesn't work given the current scale.
