It's collaborative culture where everyone is welcoming and the organization considers everyone in their policies and practices.
Everyone is always so willing to help one another out. Being at a company that is scaling, there are always questions about new projects & initiatives. I feel like I can go to so many ppl if I need help or have a question even if they are not the one in charge of that initiative.

There are a lot of great groups that try to connect with different groups of people that is nice. Also, being on the BDR team, there are a lot of incentives and other fun things that are thrown out occasionally that create a fun positive vibe. It is nice working here!
