- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel that our equity needs to be more balanced with higher rewards and yearly renewals not just a once and done grant.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Overall, I believe ShipBob’s total compensation strategy is above market. Our healthcare and PTO benefits are world-class. Even with the recent restructuring, our equity plan and 401K offerings are below standard. Cash compensation is hit or miss. Though, we’re proactive about re-band
