Case management needs to improve. Few people only do easy work and others hard work. Team Leads are completely biased and favouritism has ruined the experience. I regert leaving my old company for this.

I feel that our equity needs to be more balanced with higher rewards and yearly renewals not just a once and done grant.
Overall, I believe ShipBob’s total compensation strategy is above market. Our healthcare and PTO benefits are world-class. Even with the recent restructuring, our equity plan and 401K offerings are below standard. Cash compensation is hit or miss. Though, we’re proactive about re-band

Cut back on number of people to interview with especially for referals
Some overpromising in the sales cycle, which isn't uncommon. Main issues are related to slow support responses due to no direct contacts at the FC level and outsourced fulfillment centers. Leads to multiple day lags to get anything resolved and frustrated merchants.
