What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Case management needs to improve. Few people only do easy work and others hard work. Team Leads are completely biased and favouritism has ruined the experience. I regert leaving my old company for this.
Recognizing good work and integrity, not just seniority/tenure and popularity.
