I like to be positive and have fun and that is not present at our clinic. I'm hoping it gets better with time.

The company, especially in HQ, is filled with empathetic and smart people who really believe in the mission. Being smaller and high-growth, SL benefits from making quick decisions and not getting bogged down in bureaucracy which eliminates a lot of frustration typically felt at a large company.
