I dont feel undervalued but i do feel as a nurse that we should be paid more in line with hospital wages

Upon hire there were broken promises in terms of compensation/bonus as well as the team is smaller than I was informed yet the clinic will never have that number of team members. I feel that I have more to offer and am underwhelmed at times due to my calibur/capabilities.
