Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a nurse, the tips pay for my hourly rate. It takes away from my hard work to not get to actually feel those tips since its taken away. There also isnt compensation for precepting or training others.

I do not feel undervalued, but I do think it would be amazing if the nurses made the $55/hr AND took home tips.

Tips are stretched over pay period and not per pay. Clients are literally paying my hourly rate it doesnt even to me as tips
