Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base is low but. Knew that

I feel unspported in my clinic and would feel that if yhere was more teaching and support as an ACM i would feel thag i am compensated for my job. At this time it is a lot of work and the compensation does not match at this time

I feel undervalued when my trainings, time off, and sick days are paid at half my usual rate. This gives me anxiety about taking time that I need for myself because if I do I wont be able to pay my bills adequately. I would love our trainins, pto, and sick days to be paid at our $55 hourly.

Too many sick call outs, always seem to be understaffed even with so many people on the roster. Always short and looking for coverage. Turnover is INSANE. Seems super disorganized.
