Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yearly raises for REGISTERED NURSES, making the nurse's personal profit reliant on commission and personal performance is quite toxic and only encourages sales mentalities. lower utilization nurses, slower clinics days and PTO/sick days are hard to offset, no balance with high commisions days

I feel that the RN base rate should be higher due to the competative rates in the local area

I think that the salary is huge part. Some of us live in places that are very expensive. I know that i'm having a hard time tryiny to surive on the current salary. I think the location should play a role on how compensation is decided.

people are encouraged to speak up and will at least be listened to. there is good energy amongst people working here, across corporate and clinic locations for the most part.
