At this point, i dont see things turning around. They've burned too many key customers that cant be replaced because the technology is lagging behind competitors. They've also eliminated too many key people with the skills and knowledge to fix things.

In my 5 year tenure at SMAR this is the least confident I have been in my outlook of SMAR. Many employee departures on a weekly basis, GTM teams getting kicked in the teeth with USM, customers loyalty & confidence decreasing, lower employee value proposition w/benefits as private company, underpaid

USM rollout is a failure and front line account teams have to take the brunt. Constant changing an no advance awareness (DS going BACK to per sku in August, but no awareness unless stumbling on road map line item). We're pushing customers now to consumption (they're no happy) but it'll change again

Our GTM model is a deal breaker for a significant number of our largest customers. My only hope is that vista realizes how screwed they're about to be and brings in a competent CEO who listens to feedback.

Always a lot of emails from customers with queries that should be directed to CS, Support, finance except we're not well resourced or their responsibilities have changed. As an AE we're basically doing the job of 3-4 people in a finite amount of time. (Expected to be an SE, CS& Support on top of AE)
