Their openness and that they really seem to care about the company, the employees and the customers.
Review from Engineering Dept
I like their transparency and approachability
Review from Sales Dept
don't have enough visibility to say
Review from Customer Success Dept
open communication, smart, clear, invested
Review from Engineering Dept
Transparent leadership during the acquisition
Review from Legal Dept
Communicates clear expectations and objectives
Review from Sales Dept
They make an effort to be engaged with the team, and ensure that we see them taking action on different initiatives within the company.
Review from Operations Dept
No micromanagement, good ambiance, good persons, stability.
Review from Operations Dept
Collaborative work, team work to enhance processes
Review from Operations Dept
Is the best leadership team
Review from Operations Dept
The care they have for employees and our growth
Review from Operations Dept
Clear vision on where we are headed.
Review from Operations Dept
setting clear goals; communicating often with employees
Review from Marketing Dept
The best word right now to describe the leadership team is "fluctuating". Waiting for the dust to settle on all the changes in leadership since the acquisition.
Review from Operations Dept
The leadership team has set clear goals for this fiscal year, which make it easy to understand the company's priorities.
Review from Marketing Dept
Understanding, kindness, transparency when talking to people
Review from Operations Dept
one two three four five
Review from Admin Dept
They make a decision and stick to it. This flows down the organization and you can count on being supported by management.
Review from Sales Dept
What I like the most is that my team is valued within the company, and this is reflected in what we do every day. We also support each other as managers and feel that our tasks are meaningful.
Review from Finance Dept
They are trying to to grow the business
Review from IT Dept
The leadership team was put in place to do the bidding of Vista and Blackstone. Their goal is to slash costs and move as many jobs as possible overseas. They cannot be trusted.
Review from Sales Dept
Communicating our long term company plan against a timetable that we are committed to. I've noticed more and more over the last couple of years that we hear about focus areas that seem to disappear after a few months.
Review from Sales Dept
Our culture has devolved to one of 'Naked Emperor Syndrome', pervasive mediocrity, an echo chamber of self-congratulatory smugness, tone deafness to customer experience (USM, anyone?)--working here is lukewarm stew with nothing recent as a source of pride
Review from Sales Dept
Releasing all-encompassing product/subscription changes when they are ready, not prematurely to grow valuation for an acquisition and leave Rev teams in the dark while they try to explain it all to existing customers.
Review from Sales Dept
Fair pay, and better benefits again. Compensation plan is unbelievably complex w/ no transparency. Signed a legally binding contract to get paid out on commission, and commission team couldn't get Captivate IQ working so payment is severely incorrect and has been deferred to next month for everyone.
Review from Sales Dept
Communication, transparency and replacing RSU compensation
Review from Operations Dept
Transparency, executing on plans that don't have a huge negative impact on customers
Review from Customer Success Dept
Acknowledging mistakes, accepting responsibility and rewarding employees for loyalty.
Review from Sales Dept
Be transparent and responsive to employee feedback. I feel like there was so much negative USM feedback that was not acknowledged until almost a year later. The damage was already done with employee trust and relationship.
Review from Operations Dept
Set the 3/4 things the entire company needs to focus on, so we are all working towards the same goals and can cut across organizational siloes.
Review from Product Dept
Leading. I have lost literally 10s of thousands of dollars from my closed won opportunities being 'reassigned' to some other rep. I need my leadership team to get me the money I earned - and that isn't happening. Put it like this: you do your job perfectly, but someone else gets to cash your check.
Review from Sales Dept
Considering it's almost entirely brand new I'm not sure how to answer this question. Mark needs to be more involved. He has been rarely seen since the acquisition.
Review from Sales Dept
Better planning before rolling out new initiatives, USM was executed very poorly causing customer dissatisfaction that the front lines have to deal with. even if it was executed properly, 15% price increases on large long term customers is mostly unheard of
Review from Sales Dept
Not working in siloes or speaking in corp jargon.
Review from Sales Dept
Stop rolling out decisions and processes without consulting the operational teams that will need to implement them. The feedback is important and many mistakes have been made. Too much top down leadership
Review from Admin Dept
Listen to employees and their feedback, care about their well being, creating a product we can sell and innovate, have obtainable quotas, give people a reason to stay here.
Review from Sales Dept
Inspire individuals towards a common goal. They only care about themselves
Review from Sales Dept
Being better at communication and making it clear that they have BOTH the customers best interests and employees best interest at the top of their mind. Need to also be better at unifying ALL teams. Product, engineering and field teams instead of product and engineering versus field
Review from Operations Dept
Everything. They set their leadership capital on fire to keep themselves warm while the rest of us wander in the frozen wilderness. We have no direction, no plan, and a culture of "not my job" has permeated the entire org. Leadership can't be bothered to fake caring, much less actually care
Review from Sales Dept
Acknowledging areas where we've made mistakes
