The progression and time/challenge at each stage of the interview is what I expect when applying to a good company. The interview process was thorough, but not unnecessarily difficult or taxing. I felt like they gave me all the opportunities to prove my self.

The interview process was incredibly efficient, and recruiters did an excellent job keeping me informed every step of the way.
It was open and conversational though I think that was primarily driven by my own conversational style which allowed people to be more open. Interviews are either a great conversation or they are a tedious experience, generally-speaking.
