More hours to start. Any employee shouldn't have to beg for hours while his favorites get them all.

I get paid 13/hr with continuously increasing job responsibilities, random schedule changes with no communication, being lied to about wages as well as job placement when i was moved out of an affiliate company(port 17) to assist with a short staffing issue then permanently stuck there. No one ever gets paid enough to let people scream at them, curse at them, or get spit at. I don't get any PTO, a 401k, sick days, stock, nothing.
