My team works really well together. We have worked together long enough that we know what the other is doing and we help or do what else needs to needs to be done.

We work hard despite one Manager being not helping us as much! Plus I always split my every day tips with the team!
The fact that no matter how many complicated situations are managers put us in without any consent or sensitivity towards the team we always help each other out but unfortunately that only lasts while you work there

Everyone trauma bonded, so we became really close, but that made it impossible to leave the company
The team work they provide each other.
Most of them are cross trained so that if needed we can do multiple things at a time. Sometimes low staffed due to not many applications.

They need to stand up and say something about how they are getting treated
There training they always say ok then they do exactly what I tell them not to do
The coworkers aren't necessarily a problem but they just need to be trained better instead if barely at all.

Better selection process and training. Management need to be leaders. Most are not.
They need to stop slacking off
Hire people who will actually stock their stations once or twice. The amount of days I would go in, see day shift didn't make any sales, and then also left everything a mess and unstocked for the night shift where we'd make 3 times their profits in an hour and then have to do all the work.
