We are not your conventional restaurant company, and we don't intend to become one. We are performance driven and customer focused unlike any other. Over and over again we hear that our people stay with us because they enjoy the people they work with. Our highly regarded "Chairman's Club" recognizes top performers who have distinguished themselves apart from others based on key guest and operational measures. The members are well respected by their peers and given special recognition at events and meetings throughout the year. In the front of the house, we take care of our customers. In the back of the house, we take care of each other. Our employee funded and employee managed Associate Emergency Foundation has provided over a quarter of a million dollars in financial assistance to current employees since its beginning.
