The company needs to focus on fixing the things that drive the top line sales down and to focus on fixing their high employee and management turnover numbers. Retaining your staff is a lot less expensive.

Franchise Owner's should be more transparent and not get to pick and choose who you want to work in your store based on the language or demographic region were some one comes from
Management mostly. Stores are old/falling apart and corporate does not fix things when they break. The company needs to rehire everyone tbh.

They need to Raise Prices (as well as the Quality along with it), Hire More People and pay them better so they will stick around for more than a few months

The computer system is dated and slow. The computers need to be faster and I think the entire layout of everything should be less complicated and simpler. I also hate that the cashier has little control over the register functions. It's pretty much the managers job to make every little edit or void.
