I feel like everyone is scared to speak up when they behalf because the boss is okay with terrorizing her employees

Unfortunately at the location of Vero Beach there is nothing I like about the leadership team they were always on commutative argumentative and very negative

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hiring the right staff to run the store and appreciate the employees instead of talkin about us behind our backs and be littling them

The whole SLT plays CYA and manages up to the CEO with a completely different version of the day to day. The brand will be gone in ten years if not sold to someone else.

Honesty, hiring-candidate selection, scheduling, communication, integrity, presence when needed, training, overall leadership/management, payroll management, staffing, business development, dictation and largely accountability. Comfort and pride is placed higher than the perfomance of the company.

Caring about their employees. If i call in because I'm sick i get told "why didn't you tell me sooner?" And "when can you make up these hours since I have to work now?" By the GM/FP that only works 2 shifts a week.

A lot of things. I could be a better manager than one of the ones there.

A more diverse environment!! It's 2021 and everyone doesn't speak Spanish and no children should be allowed in the back of the store no worker should ever have to worry about their hob being taking away because the Franchise Owner gets to run the store like their home!!

Leadership, Handling safety issues, Being sober during shifts, you name it they need to improve.

The managers at sns located on 98 n Lakeland fl need to be professional instead of talking about thier employees to other employees. (Lynn forcier and bobbi) the employees are sick of the abuse at this location and request that something is done about this situation before a lawsuit happens.
