unlimited vacation though I don't take enough. We have average benefits - nothing to complain about. I wish we had gym discounts or could use our HSA towards gym membership

I feel undervalued because leadership focuses more on control than support. Instead of empowering employees or acknowledging their strengths, the approach often feels condescending and rooted in authority over collaboration

Experience, productiveness, leadership capabilities, and willingness to grow doesn't equate to compensation...salary = exactly 8 hours, refuse to do overtime.

In Garland tx. It's a Nightmare circus for both plant workers, and Driver's ...no One knows what's going on , No Communication between Supervisor's Esp in the A.M. Driver's are pushed off the yard with Negative Attitudes because they are doing the job for the plant workers who don't show up.
