In Garland tx. It's a Nightmare circus for both plant workers, and Driver's ...no One knows what's going on , No Communication between Supervisor's Esp in the A.M. Driver's are pushed off the yard with Negative Attitudes because they are doing the job for the plant workers who don't show up.
So of the equipment is out dated and broken and even on site at customer locations equipment is broken

Tell the customers the truth. Don't tell them lies. Don't listen to the lead driver because she is going to get you thrown in federal prison. He signed stuff that he's not supposed to sign. I have told this to HR. Even recorded the conversation.

The terms and conditions on agreement are deceiving, we Price gouge our customers and then get them with liquid damages when they want to cancel!
Undervalued work force, value them more with money for thier tireless efforts to try keep customers happy and going above and beyond the contracted agreement

Corporate offices do not seem to understand the industry and or federal regulations. They also seem to be blinded by the STERICYCLE brand that we are so big, no matter our pricing or timing, clients will prefer to stay with us before finding other disposal facilities.
