Touring the plant seeing what was being done

They outline what they do and what they expect

It was relaxed. I did not feel uneasy. They asked great questions and allowed me to ask questions. They took me on a tour of the facility.

It was easy for the simple fact that an employee that was working there helped me out to get the job. The bad part is is that the employee lied about mini mini processors

They just showed me the warehouse

There was no interview you dont even talk to anyone they sit you on a computer for your first day then show you around the shop. Its the reason most new hires quit or get hurt within the first week

I really didn't like the interview process I felt it took too long and I had to interview with five different people

Conversational Interviews are the best in my mind

Everyone was very professional however down-to-earth.

Let inhouse managers and fellow driver's get a sense of the current applicant not a recruiter who doesn't have a clue of the job or location or route's.
