I really like working with the drivers and the warehouse workers. Everyone gets along.
When first started, I was told not to interact with the other coworkers. If I was going to be a swing driver I had to get to know them. The lead driver told me not to say anything or to talk to them. He would talk behind their back he would talk about their religion he would talk about their familie

My supervisor is LAX to say the least you ask a question and he has no idea you ask about your monthly one on ones that have not happened in six months and he tells you he is too busy yet if you were a man he will sit with you promote you and push you forward. He has been there less than one year
