All the hospital staff are polite

I service hospitals every day, so don't see anyone from administration

They are a team! Very diverse, lots of cultures fun to be around

The attitude of the drivers for the most part is positive. I believe our supervisor team and dispatcher are not appreciated. They have put in a lot of hours over the past 2 years with COVID and project Monarch. They are frustrated. They are trying, but this system is not making anything easier.

Communication is A+ In the company and that makes it very positive.

We all come together to clock out and go home

We are always looking to improve things to try to make things better

The culture is broken. There are a lot of people who want to help the company be successful but they are outweighed by those who don't and the lack of accountability

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Work as a team not a department

Management needs to hold people accounable and use their brain.

Hopefully the buy out by WM will get rid of the garbage

The ceo so the leasership needs big time changing

There needs to be more Diversity

Hire new managers that know the company and actually get along with the employees. The employees do not talk to managers they talk to team leaders or older drivers. Don't need 5 supervisors that just go out to lunch or play football in the office every day

There needs to be communication and there are never enough containers. This occurs every week since being hired.

More from leadership actually put in to the plant

Complete overhaul of leadership. Its terrible. They also need to return to give the local offices more decision making abilities. After all who knows the local customer better than the people who services them.? Stop having every aspect of the company centralized. Leadership to show accountability

Any kind of leadership would help because we are void of it, communication other then here is more work for you. Realizing that the physical and mental stress are real.

Managers have a poor attitude lack any leadership. Tend to hold grudes and cant take constructive critisim. Will try and retaliate at any given chance.

They have no plan for culture and nothing is deliberate or designed. The leadership lacks the ability to create a positive culture because of their awful leadership styles and personal characteristics.
