They are a team! Very diverse, lots of cultures fun to be around
The attitude of the drivers for the most part is positive. I believe our supervisor team and dispatcher are not appreciated. They have put in a lot of hours over the past 2 years with COVID and project Monarch. They are frustrated. They are trying, but this system is not making anything easier.
Communication is A+ In the company and that makes it very positive.

Hire new managers that know the company and actually get along with the employees. The employees do not talk to managers they talk to team leaders or older drivers. Don't need 5 supervisors that just go out to lunch or play football in the office every day

Complete overhaul of leadership. Its terrible. They also need to return to give the local offices more decision making abilities. After all who knows the local customer better than the people who services them.? Stop having every aspect of the company centralized. Leadership to show accountability
Any kind of leadership would help because we are void of it, communication other then here is more work for you. Realizing that the physical and mental stress are real.

They have no plan for culture and nothing is deliberate or designed. The leadership lacks the ability to create a positive culture because of their awful leadership styles and personal characteristics.
