Communication is lacking. Leadership should have a direct line of communication with employees.

Actions pursuit to keeping their employees safe

There is no leadership. The lead driver talks about how he is gotten multiple people fired from the management position and other drivers as well. You can try to tell management about harassment this would be HR as well as District they have no concern!

Everything - they are awful at communication and they have no concept of what a good culture looks like.
