I'm feeling undervalued as micro management from my manager creates very stressful work environment. The Annual hike which we have received is below average. The amount of work which I'm doing will be paid at least 0.5x times in the industry outside.

In Mexico task us the net pay is the same pay as 5 years ago. Inflation has been rising but not our pay. Living in the border does not help. The bonus that used to exist for coming on time no longer exist for new hires. Where in all call centers this is a benifit.

salary issue, cab issue, shift timing issue, management issue, worst attendence maintaing tool, gym issue, should be yoga session, welness session, training period shoould be more, real chat reading session should incluse in training for 10 days, atleast 1 fruit daily in breakfast should be free

Currently, as a Team Leader, I am compensated less than several members of my own team due to language premiums. Leadership is a distinct, high-responsibility skill set. To maintain hierarchical balance and motivation, this responsibility must be recognized accordingly, through adjusted salaries.
