listen to the agent. There are many issues in regards to missing vacations day and the internal TL's only redirect the blame to others. Within campaign follow the procedures. there should be a better pay for when you move to another position instead of giving other bonuses.

Improve the work environment first. Employees are treated like machines, there is no knowledge growth, I have learned nothing in past 1 year, daily we are struggling to complete audit targets only, it doesn't matter we are learning anything or not, no team sessions, no one-on-one meet. Pathetic exp.
