
It has been a great experience and a great organization, I do wish that sometimes our immediate super.. would be more knowledgeable to teach the team how to navigate through VMware and apps that we used daily to execute our work. Sometimes we wait a while to get a response back.

the most positive culture would be the time when we get a deal or a migration with upsells and the rest of the team Cheers you up to celebrate each sell. Even if its done remotely It stills feels great to see and feel that from the team.

Since I started a week later, I was told by previous Management that since I am fully bilingual i should have started at $18.50 an hour. I did mention it to my trainer back in July of 2021, also to my HR rep, and to my current supervisor when I started in sales for 3G to 4G migration in 07/21.
