Minimum wage in other states is more than I make after multiple years of experience and several tiny raises. If I was flipping burgers it'd be okay but I'm saving lives so I think i deserve it.

we don't get paid as much as other companies CRMA or Reliant and they have the best doctors

Yes I ver much so feel Way under valued, getting much higher pay rate, better bonuses, and much better benefits, and much better lunches and dinners, treat us the way they treat themselves, we don't get to receive half million dollar bonuses, oh but they do. That is why people leave.
