My director actually seem to Genuinely care about the staffs concerns and patients care.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Adequate staffing and listening to their staffs concerns

supporting their staff, recognizing our gard work

communication and interpersonal skills are lacking. No appreciation for loyal senior employees.

The leadership team needs to get better at communicating, remote employee management, training mid-level managers, and rolling out new initiatives.

Advocating more for staff and offering positive incentives

Treating people like humans instead of expenses on a spreadsheet.

Being human and not allowing executives stay on the team after they commit sexual harassment of several employees

Management lacks better and clear communication; telling employees their work is useless or you’re not intelligent but resourceful makes for discouraging work performance. The workflow starts from top-down, not vice-vers

they work out of texas and don't know how bad they run things in Massachusetts they didn't pay our electric bills for 6 moths

More incentives, and bigger bonuses, and reward employees better, and not work them to the bone. This is why they loose so many employees all the time, for reason that they don't treat their employees well, no worthwhile bonuses, most definitely not enough pay, and bosses get thousands of dollars
