I mainly work independently, however my co-workers are very nice, but management brings out the worst. This has become a very hostile environment on many occasions & completely avoidable/unnecessary. These are hard workers doing an honest days work but extremely under appreciated. Please send help.

The problem isnt coworkers, but it is ckear there is a fear-based culture driving knowledge hoarding here. If the company wants to survive the decade with the best marketeers in the world, they need to change their approach in management and leadership immediately

Warwhouse workers need to figure out how to pick the correct items. Warehouse manager needs to learn how to order products so we are not consistently out of stock.

have managers train them stop making me do your job I have to do the sales teams job make the orders out so there right they need to work in a store before they order it so I have to teach them toooo do I see anything for all the extra work NO just another way to use people
