
I appreciate that my Supervisor checks in on me daily to see how I am, see if I need anything to do my job for the day and conducts monthly one on one meetings with me.

Everyone seems to have their own way of doing things, which makes it hard to figure out an accurate way of doing things. I would hope there is an actual training process for how the assessments are done from GEO instead of a crash course on doing things and then being expected to remember it all.
