Avoid petty, offensive behavior-more respectful communication to develop and maintain trust. Engaging, attentive and inclusive supervisory/management interaction with all staff not just selective few. Avoid divisive comments and bias behaviors. Retraining needs to be done. From staff members escalating issues with residents by the way they talk to them to staff members sleeping on the job. There needs to be some training and accountability and possibly termination.
