The experience has been very good overall so far.

Overall, I have been burned out. I understand that the office is short staff and I do not mind helping. however, I want to be shown more appreciation. Saying "thanks", is a good start but eventually it is not enough to compensated for arriving to work early(before scheduled shift), staying late ect.

I am a CPS, but I have been a lot of case management which I love supporting my team. I just want acknowledgement of the work I do. I run groups, set up all social security appointment interviews, CRR, housing, and prep all resident in preparation for interview assessment.

Different cultures make the world great and america is fantastic in this regard. With this being said i could rarely inderstand what my training officer was saying even after asking for clarification. My fellow staff members appeared to know nothing about the job they are performing.

Avoid petty, offensive behavior-more respectful communication to develop and maintain trust. Engaging, attentive and inclusive supervisory/management interaction with all staff not just selective few. Avoid divisive comments and bias behaviors. When I was hired I was told to report directly to my supervisor, Dr. Lordan. Then 2 months later I was told that to included Anderson and Dupree all emails. Then when my schedule day with Dr. Lordan I have another manager included when I feel Anderson politely but obviously makes me feel disregarded

The coworker in my office tells jokes that are in appropriate and creates a not so comfortable work environment. We share an office and I have tried speaking with them about moving forward and working together, however, it just feels like a tense environment. They are not open to suggestions.
