A lot of nee hires cant work due to not having cleared their background meantime they get easy work and weekends off while the rest of us are being burnt to the ground.

Less 16 hour shifts. We should just be on a 12 hour rotation to help ease the overtime. People arent resting and its becoming danherous for our health and physical wellbeing
The demanding overtime is burning everyone out. We are tired and becoming physically sick from not resting. 4 16 hour shifts in a row is inhumane. We arent sleeping enough and its causing crashouts and burnouts.
