Improve communications between teams and departments. Professionally train employees to use the tools they have access to, such as teams. Train or hire appropriate managers. Let go of old mindsets and be open to change.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The 401k is horrible compared to other competitors. The benefits are even worse.

Although GEO has finally raised the hourly wage to something better than what I could make working at the Taco Mayo up the street from my house, it's still a little below industry standard for this position even for this geographic area.

Provide flexible work schedule (remote); redesign cubicles at Corporate office to provide more privacy for workers to allow ability to focus more; more communication from executive management about the status of the company

The commute is the worst part of the job. I previously worked remote only and commuting has been a negative experience and the lack of option to work remote is a de-motivator.
