Improve communications between teams and departments. Professionally train employees to use the tools they have access to, such as teams. Train or hire appropriate managers. Let go of old mindsets and be open to change.

The 401k is horrible compared to other competitors. The benefits are even worse.

I had to take a major paycut in order to get hired on in a position I was paid more for similar skills and responsibilities and now with more experience.

Although GEO has finally raised the hourly wage to something better than what I could make working at the Taco Mayo up the street from my house, it's still a little below industry standard for this position even for this geographic area.

The commute is the worst part of the job. I previously worked remote only and commuting has been a negative experience and the lack of option to work remote is a de-motivator.
