Mangement is unbarable and is made like the officer is feeling like all there previllages are taking away

We should have team meetings to understand the dynamics of each department. My team leaders are not knowledgeable about the function of our job, which is causing a disconnect with the job description, performance, and compensation. Promoting within will encourage those who are performing well.

PTO and holidays are excellent.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The new chairs why do folkston ice have screwed down chairs and the detainees can move there chairs around

My department (project development) lacks acknowledgement & appreciation. Other departments have a better compensation/promotional system than my department. I strongly believe that we are doing more work than we are paid for. The pay does not match the current job market offer for project coord.
