What do you like best about the leadership team?
No one gets everything right all of the time, BUT it's obvious that leadership is trying with a strong intention to maintain the company's values at the core of their decisions. Especially focused on the value of showing respect to all individuals.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being a superviser in general they do not have the backs of the officers in the housing units the other day i asked for help in a housing unit regarding a offender i was insulted by my sargent and they didnt help me

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an (LMHC) Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I should not make the same salary as someone with a Bachelor's Degree, BA, or a High School Diploma.

The RAs started when I did, as did some medical people, but I am paid almost half of what they are for providing service that is mandated by the US Constitution.

The hourly wage is the same as any security guard in this area. We do much much more and should be compensated at a better hourly rate.

Among those that I work most closely with, we all seem to have similar motivations in our approach to our work. Its refreshing to find colleagues with the same motivations. The company also does little things that have big impacts on our personal lives which is apprecaited.

More involvement in trainings for new staff and a schedule that can rotate employees. The same employees are allowed to always get weekends off leaving others with less time spent with family.
