Lead by example, constructive criticism instead of harsh criticism, simple directive, better communication, and positivity from the Management Team. No seasonal flow is in the store due to Side counters being in the wrong places, wich displaces the customer perception of merchandise. Better energy.

Provide a safe working environment for cashier's. Pay competitive wages. Not expose works to strange chemicals which may or may not be toxic without any precautions due to store cleaning for COVID virus.
