Worst employment experience I have ever had. Truly disheartened by this industry "leader." Poorly managed, poor safety conditions, poor inter-department communication, inconsistent/preferential enforcement of company policies, etc.

Proper utilization of an employee's skills is a MUST in any manufacturing environment. Pay should take into account the value added by an employee, such as his/her ability to deliver good solutions, reduce injury, increase productivity, etc.

The most positive thing about the culture is that it will change in the future. As soon as the "good ol' boys" are no longer calling all the shots, I can see great things happening. Until then, the company will continue to suffer at the hands of poor management.
