Body positivity reigns. We all want to do the best we can for our customers, to make them feel gorgeous and polished and confident. It's getting progressively harder to do that with all the shoddy craftsmanship and damaged goods we get straight from manufacturing.

My SALES team is hardworking, friendly, and willing to help one another out with tasks and shift coverage. They're frustrated and discouraged by how upper management (RN and above) talks about us and to us. All efforts to inform them of issues are treated as 'excuses'.
