Our team is tight knit and we work as a family. We work hard, have fun with each other and customers. Our team had great customer service, internal and external. We rock our KPIs consistently. Our team is well trained and so need little direction when coming in for a shift. They're amazing!

My coworkers need to improve communication, teamwork and organization. No one should be treated like a maid. The environment is very toxic because a majority of them will undermine, gossip, and isolate you. Even though it varies by location, I would not work here(no training and toxic environment)

again more communication and team work rather than an assigning of roles for individual tasks that everyone should be made responsible for. a lack of consequence and responsibility allows for unequal distribution of work
